Our head quarter are at Tanzanite Apartment Chole Road, Masaki Dares Salaam with projects all across the mine sites.
YAYA Mines Resources Co. Ltd is seeking to recruit Various Position for its operations in Tanzania mines. The successful candidate for these positions will carry out assigned tasks and projects at YYR Site at MBEYA with flexibility to relocate at any other mine sites. The goals is to build YYR DREAM TEAM to meet agreed company expectations in terms of Client satisfaction, cost effectiveness and to enhance business growth and compliance to Standard Operating Procedures and government policies.
- DRILLERS – 3 POST
- SENIOR DRILLING SUPERVISOR- 1 POST
- DRILL RIG MECHANICS - 2 POST
- WELDERS - 2 POST
- OFF-SIDERS/DRILLER HELPERS – 6 POST
- SAFETY OFFICER- 1 POST
- LIGHT VEHICLE DRIVER- 1 POST
Qualification Requirements: Experience and Competencies needed:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate/Secondary Education/VETA or equivalent qualification to the position being applied for.
- At least three to five (3-5) years’ experience in the same position in Mining Industry  Previous Experiences working with Sandvik Pantera, PRD and Atlas Copco Open Drill Rigs and Diamond Rigs
- All genders are highly recommended to apply
- Sound exposure to operations and project development in a developing country environment in terms of culture, business environment and infrastructure.
